We are seeking dependable Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to support production and shop-floor operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and willing to learn, work hard, and grow within a production environment.
Assist with basic manufacturing and production tasks
Load, unload, and move materials and finished products
Operate basic equipment or tools as trained
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and procedures
Support team members and production goals as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
No prior manufacturing experience required
