We are seeking a dependable CNC Lathe Operator to support precision machining operations. This role involves operating CNC turning equipment to produce high-quality parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. Candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and reliability are encouraged to apply.
Operate CNC lathes according to work instructions and process documentation
Load and unload raw material and finished parts
Monitor machine operation and part quality throughout production runs
Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and basic GD&T
Make tool offsets and minor adjustments as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Identify and report quality, tooling, or machine issues
Follow all safety and quality procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to follow procedures and take direction
Previous CNC lathe or turning experience is preferred but not required for all roles. Training may be available for motivated candidates.
