Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and is comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems under real-world production conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, machinery, and controls

Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime

Work with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation components

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment

Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and continuous improvement projects

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (480V, control circuits, motor starters, etc.)

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues independently

Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and prints

Understanding of safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and electrical codes

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)

Experience with automation, robotics, or CNC equipment

Electrical license or certification (state or local, if applicable)

Experience working in high-volume or precision manufacturing environments
