We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Assembly Technicians to support production operations. This role involves assembling components and products according to work instructions while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. Candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career are encouraged to apply.
Assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and drawings
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic fixtures as required
Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure quality
Follow standard work, safety procedures, and quality requirements
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Identify and report quality or process issues
Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Training may be provided for motivated candidates.
